Join the United Nations as an intern in Geneva, Switzerland, starting from August 11, 2025, for 3 to 6 months! 🌍 This is an incredible opportunity to work with the Human Rights Council and Treaty Mechanisms Division’s Civil Society Team, where you will support engagement with UN human rights mechanisms. You’ll assist in various tasks like organizing NGO meetings, reviewing statements, and conducting research to help promote and protect human rights. It’s essential to be enrolled in a graduate program or to have completed a bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, political science, or a related field. Proficiency in English or French is required, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus. Please note that this is an unpaid, full-time internship, and interns are responsible for their own travel and living expenses.
