Local Consultant for the Development of National Artificial Intelligence Strategy in Djibouti
Job Description
We are seeking a National Consultant to support the Ministry of Digital Economy and Innovation (MDENI) in developing a National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence. The consultant will be responsible for creating a comprehensive report in French, consisting of a minimum of 30 pages, along with a 2 to 4-page executive summary. This analysis should incorporate best practices, stakeholder insights, and the contextual needs of Djibouti, while ensuring that all content respects copyright regulations and ethical standards. The consultant will work remotely for 16 weeks, coordinating with national stakeholders and contributing to workshops to align the strategy with the country’s development goals. The ideal candidate should hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, have at least 5 years of experience in digital technologies strategy development, and be fluent in French.
