Join us as a Project Coordination and Advisory Support Consultant in Baghdad, Iraq, for a 6-month contract with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). 🌍 Your role will focus on coordinating project implementation and enhancing stakeholder engagement for the GEF-funded initiative aimed at promoting biodiversity conservation and land degradation neutrality in Iraq. You’ll be responsible for monitoring project activities, supporting capacity-building workshops, and ensuring effective communication with various partners. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in a relevant field and have substantial experience in project management and environmental issues. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
