The Regional Representative oversees the UNODC Regional Office for the Andean Region and the Southern Cone in Bogota, Colombia 🇨🇴, leading the effective implementation of programmes addressing drug control, organized crime, crime prevention, and corruption. This role involves working closely with governments to build capacity and promote collaboration, while also managing resources efficiently to ensure high-quality outputs. The incumbent provides strategic policy advice, fosters partnerships within the UN system, and engages in resource mobilization for impactful projects. Strong leadership and professional integrity are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex political landscapes.
