The United Nations is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join the Resident Coordinator (RC) System Leadership Branch within the Development Coordination Office (DCO) 🌎. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative HR policies, oversee talent management for the RC track, and provide career support to staff 📈. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, spearhead recruitment initiatives, and ensure that our workforce is diverse and inclusive 🙌. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least seven years of experience in human resources management, preferably within international organizations 🌐.
