Join the Universal Postal Union (UPU) as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Mail Products and Services. 🌍 In this role, you will be the primary contact for software development within our portfolio, collaborating closely with users to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure quality deliverables. You’ll leverage your expertise in business analysis and project management to drive innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the postal sector. 🤝 We’re looking for a proactive individual with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork. A university degree in Computer Science or Engineering is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
