In this course, you will learn how to harness the power of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini to enhance your job search, improve communication, and build a smarter, more agile career path in the international public sector.

In this course, you’ll learn how to make AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini work for you – not the other way round. Whether you’re job hunting, changing roles, or simply want to work smarter, this is your crash course in using generative AI to simplify tasks, communicate more clearly, and keep your career moving without the burnout.

Over four weeks of live online sessions, you’ll practise writing effective prompts, get behind-the-scenes insight into how recruiters and professionals are already using AI, and build your own toolkit to support every step of your career – from job applications to day-to-day problem solving.

You don’t need any tech background, just a curious mind and a willingness to try something new.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • write prompts that actually get useful results, for job applications, interviews, writing tasks and more,
  • build a personalised AI toolkit to help with interviews, networking and career development,
  • understand how AI is being used by real professionals in international organisations (and how to stay ahead!!),
  • apply AI responsibly and creatively in your own workflow, without falling into common traps.

Course Format

Duration: 4 weeks

Time commitment: 2 hours/week (8 hours total)

Class size: Minimum 10 / maximum 20 participants

Includes session recordings, downloadable tools, and access to a private support group throughout.

Includes a 1-month ChatGPT Plus licence, full access to materials and recordings.

This course is delivered by trainers with hands-on experience helping professionals in the international public sector. we’ve supported jobseekers, staff, and hiring teams across organisations like the UN, EU institutions, multilateral banks, and INGOs.

Refund policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations received before 1 September
  • 50% refund if cancelled up to 5 working days before the course
  • No refunds after that
  • minimum of 10 participants required per cohort – if we don’t meet this, we’ll delay by up to 3 weeks or offer alternatives

While we offer session recordings and materials for flexible access, missing sessions – for any reason – does not entitle you to a refund or deferment. We also can’t guarantee outcomes if you miss key course content.
