  • Brazen Technologies, Inc. (“Provider”), for hosting online career events.
  • eva.ai, powering our career portal and job board.

2.3 You are using our Services as a potential candidate for employment (“Candidate”) with one of the companies we work with who are seeking employees (“Employers”).

2.4 Our career portal and job board, powered by eva.ai, enhance your job search experience and improve matching between Candidates and Employers. This may include analysing your profile, job preferences, and application history to provide personalised job recommendations and insights.

3. Your Obligations

3.1 You will:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and using our Services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Conditions of Use.
  • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3.2 You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

4. Online Career Fairs and Events

4.1 Our online career fairs and events help you connect with recruiters, learn about available jobs, and apply to them.

4.2 By participating in these events, you understand and accept that:

  • Your profile may be visible to attending Employers
  • We may share your data with Brazen and attending Employers.
  • Your attendance is on a “networking and information gathering basis.”
  • We are not responsible for the application, interview, or selection processes of attending organisations and/or Employers.

5. Job Board

5.1 Our job board allows you to view and apply for job opportunities posted by Employers on their career pages.

5.2 You understand and accept that:

  • We provide job information on an ‘information basis’ only.
  • The full, accurate, and updated job information is the responsibility of the recruiting organisation.
  • We are not part of the application process and are not responsible for confirming or ensuring your application has been submitted or received.
  • You understand that in order for your application to any job/position to be considered by an employer, you must submit your application on their career website. 

6. Webinars

6.1 Our webinars provide information about specific Employers and may include live Q&A sessions.

6.2 By participating in webinars, you understand and accept that:

  • Webinars may be recorded and distributed across online platforms.
  • Your identity will remain confidential unless you disclose it during the event.
  • Any personal information used at registration may be shared with the presenting organisation(s).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights in our Services and content belong to us or our suppliers and/or service providers.
