To join this event you must
- Be a national from Latin America or the Caribbean (GRULAC).
- Be fluent in English (Oral and Written). Desired: Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese and Russian.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Have a background in: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Biochemistry, Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Audit, Business Analysis, Public Administration, Engineering, Logistics Computer Science, Biochemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear, Mathematics, Nuclear Physics, Physics, Statistics, Statistical Data Analysis, Seismology, Geophysics, Information Technology or Military and Protective Services.

The Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), with over 300 staff from over 90 countries and based in Vienna, is dedicated to its mission of ending nuclear testing in all places and for all time. The CTBTO’s main tasks are the promotion of the Treaty and the build-up of the verification regime so that it is operational when the Treaty enters into force. Milan Jelenkovic is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently leading Talent Acquisition at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague, Netherlands. With extensive experience supporting international communities, Milan has effectively built and led high-performing, inclusive teams aligning with strategic organisational goals. His tenure also includes significant roles at the OSCE, where he served as Chief of the Human Resources Unit in the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in Warsaw, as well as Acting Head of Human Resources in the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. Committed to continuous professional development, Milan holds an MBA degree with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. His career is marked by a dedication to fostering inclusive work environments and promoting organisational excellence across diverse settings.
Marta Fernandez de Mazarambroz is the Head of Recruitment and Staff Development at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) in Vienna, Austria. With a career dedicated to human resources, Marta and her team work in adopting the latest trends in talent acquisition, ensuring CTBTO remains an employer of choice. Previously, Marta served as Chief of Talent Acquisition at the OSCE and held various senior HR roles in another public institution and in the private sector.
Marta holds an CIPD certificate, an Executive Master’s in Human and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
