Job Description
Join our team as an Expert on Armed Groups/Criminal Networks 📊 to contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of sanctions related to Haiti under Security Council resolution 2653 (2022). You will work from home, collaborating with a dedicated Panel of Experts to investigate sanctions violations, prepare reports, and develop recommendations for improving the sanctions regime. We seek individuals with extensive experience in military science, political science, or a related field, who can navigate complex political environments and deliver high-quality analysis and reports. Fluency in English and French is required, and knowledge of Creole is a plus. This consultant position is expected to begin in November 2025 for an initial duration of 12 months.
