Job Description
The position of Assistant in Space and Project Management is based in the Space Management and Projects Group, Facilities and Technical Services, at the United Nations Office in Geneva. In this role, you will oversee and manage display campaigns, ensure proper signage is maintained, and assist in the management of office spaces and meeting rooms. You will also help with inventory control for office furniture and equipment, collaborate with transportation teams, and ensure that all spaces meet established standards. A secondary education or equivalent qualification is required, alongside at least three years of logistics experience, with proficiency in both English and French.
