Job Description

The United Nations is seeking an Assistant Communications Officer to join the United Nations Resident Coordination Office (RCO) in Thimphu, Bhutan 🌍. In this role, you will help implement effective communication strategies, develop engaging content for various platforms, and build relationships with key stakeholders to support the Sustainable Development Goals 📈. Responsibilities include conducting media relations, analyzing digital communications, and creating impactful narratives that resonate with target audiences. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in communications or a related field and possess strong teamwork and communication skills 🤝. This is a fixed-term position, and we encourage Bhutanese nationals to apply!
