Job Description

The Associate Coordination Officer will be stationed in the Office of the Director-General/Executive Director’s Policy and Inter-Agency Coordination Team at the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) / United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) 🌍. This role involves supporting the policy coordination functions, preparing briefing materials, and managing correspondence 📝. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong professionalism and teamwork, with a focus on meeting deadlines and following through on tasks 🤝. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least two years of professional experience in policy analysis and coordination or successful completion of relevant examinations 👩‍🎓. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus 🌐. This temporary position is available until December 31, 2025.
