The United Nations Office at Vienna is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Software Products for Member States Officer in the Solutions Transformation Team. In this role, you will provide training and support to Member States, including conducting workshops in various regions and offering high-level technical assistance for our software applications. Responsibilities involve creating training materials, offering first and second-level support, participating in software configuration, and engaging with clients to address concerns. You should be well-versed in information systems, possess strong analytical skills, and be a team player who prioritizes client needs. A master’s degree in relevant fields and fluency in English and French are required. This position will be a one-year appointment, subject to funding availability. 🌍💻📊
