Job Description
The Associate Media, Communication and Gender Officer position at the UNODC’s Regional Office in Dakar, Senegal, plays a vital role in promoting efforts against trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants across West and Central Africa. 🌍 This role involves developing and managing the media and communication strategies of the TIP/SOM Unit, ensuring the integration of gender perspectives, and liaising with national and international partners. The officer will lead advocacy campaigns, support workshops, and create informative materials to enhance understanding of these critical issues while collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Candidates need a master’s degree in relevant fields and at least two years of related experience.
