Budget Officer (Associate)

Job Description

AIIB is looking for a Budget Officer (Associate) to join the Strategy, Policy and Budget Department in Beijing 🌏. You’ll play a key role in managing and analyzing the Bank’s administrative and capital budgets 💰, using data to support strategic decisions and improve resource planning 📊. This includes maintaining budget models, conducting scenario analyses, developing dashboards, and working with business units to align budgets with priorities. If you have 3–5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or planning—especially in MDBs or consulting—plus strong Excel and analytical skills, and a passion for sustainable development 🌱, we’d love to hear from you.
