The Close Protection Officer position is based in Mogadishu at the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS). In this vital role, you will provide exceptional security management for Senior UN Officials, coordinating close protection operations and developing standard procedures to ensure their safety. Your responsibilities will include risk assessments, training coordination, and the management of protection units to uphold UN standards. You will need a solid background in military, police, or security management, as well as a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant certifications and significant experience in close protection. Fluency in English is essential. 🌍🔒
