Consultant for Training on Disability Inclusive Workplaces

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Trainer(s) on disability inclusion in the workplace to lead two comprehensive trainings aimed at fostering inclusive workplaces in the Arab region. 🌍 The role involves developing a 90-minute online training for the regional private sector, and a 180-minute in-person training for Lebanese companies, both focusing on disability-inclusive practices. The trainings will utilize valuable resources like ESCWA’s guide on workplace inclusion and encourage dialogue among participants. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a related field and possess at least seven years of experience in delivering capacity-building trainings, particularly within the Arab region. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this position.
