Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional for the role of Result of Service to enhance urban resilience and infrastructure in Costa Rica through the development of a climate adaptation construction code. This position involves performing critical analyses on legal frameworks, climate vulnerability, and risks related to essential water infrastructure, while also facilitating participation from key stakeholders. The consultant will work closely with ONU-Habitat’s team over a duration of 6 months, ensuring compliance with project objectives and technical requirements. Strong experience in water and sanitation infrastructure, an understanding of climate change impacts, and proficiency in both Spanish and English are essential.
