Consultor/a Líder técnico en resiliencia urbana
Job Description
As a key member of the United Nations Habitat team, you will lead the integration of critical content for the project “Improving Urban Resilience and Infrastructure in Costa Rica through the Development of a Building Code for Climate Adaptation” 🌍. This role, based in San José, Costa Rica, for a duration of 6 months, requires strong coordination skills to reduce vulnerability to climate change in both existing and new infrastructure, particularly in housing, water and sanitation, and road transport 🚧. You’ll collaborate closely with various UN teams and external consultants, ensuring quality deliverables while engaging with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes 📊. Your expertise should include a relevant postgraduate degree, at least 8 years of experience in project development focused on environmental improvement and climate adaptation, and proficiency in both Spanish and English to facilitate effective communication 📄.
