Job Description
We are seeking a skilled legal professional for the position of Legal Consultant to contribute to the planning and development of a comprehensive guide on Indigenous Justice Jurisprudence in Ecuador. 🌎 Your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing relevant case law from the Constitutional Court, creating a pedagogical format for this information, and highlighting key jurisprudential standards for women’s and children’s access to Indigenous justice. The consultancy requires a professional degree in Law, a master’s degree in Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Indigenous Justice, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of English are essential. Candidates must be Ecuadorian nationals or have permanent residency in Ecuador. 📝
