The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a Counsel / Senior Counsel – Public Sector Operations (6045) to join its team in Beijing. You’ll be responsible for providing expert legal and policy advice on public sector investment projects, including sovereign and sovereign-guaranteed loans, ensuring compliance with AIIB’s standards and policies 🌍💼. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements, and supporting project operations throughout their lifecycle 🔏. You’ll also collaborate with other development banks and partners to drive sustainable infrastructure financing 🌱. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years (Counsel) or 8-10 years (Senior Counsel) of relevant legal experience, including expertise in sovereign loans or guarantees, and a strong command of English 📝. An LLM, J.D., or equivalent qualification is required 🎓.
