Deputy Director
Job Description
The Deputy Director position is based in the Office of the Director within the Division for Operations at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna. This role involves the formulation and implementation of the Division’s work program across both headquarters and field offices, focusing on technical assistance and advisory services. You will collaborate closely with the Director on various strategic and operational matters, engage with senior managers from other UNODC divisions, and act as a key liaison for field representatives. You’ll be overseeing reports, managing diverse teams, guiding audits and evaluations, and promoting compliance with HR policies to enhance a diverse and respectful work environment.
