Job Description
Join the United Nations as an intern in the Planning Support Unit at the UN Global Service Centre! 🌍 For six months, you’ll work in-person to enhance the management of supply chain documents and records. Your role involves organizing physical and digital records, creating efficient retrieval systems, and managing SharePoint folders for easy access. 🌐 Ideal candidates should be pursuing or have completed a relevant degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a similar field, and possess proficiency in Office 365 applications. Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of French is an asset. Please note, this internship is unpaid, and all travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the intern. Successful candidates who are not citizens or permanent residents of the host country should confirm visa requirements before accepting the offer.
