Job Description
The Documents Management Assistant will play a crucial role in the Office of the Executive Secretary at the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC), reporting directly to the Senior Advisor. 📂 Your responsibilities will include maintaining an efficient electronic database of documents, enhancing documentation systems, and ensuring timely assistance for all ICSC meetings. You will also handle document-related inquiries, manage office supplies, and contribute to general office management tasks. To succeed, you should have a high school diploma (a certificate in Information Technology is a plus), and at least five years of relevant experience in documentation or archiving, preferably within a library or UN archives context. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage.
