Job Description
The United Nations is offering an internship opportunity within the Economic Analysis and Policy Division (EAPD) in New York, NY, for a duration of 6 months π. As an intern, you will engage with a dedicated team, contributing to research and analysis on global macroeconomic trends and policies while supporting the UNβs flagship publication, World Economic Situation and Prospects (WESP) π. Your responsibilities will include conducting literature reviews, performing quantitative data analysis, updating economic models, and assisting with day-to-day tasks π. Ideal candidates should be enrolled in or have completed a relevant graduate program, possess strong skills in MS Office and statistical software, and demonstrate fluency in English, while knowledge of another UN language is a plus π. Please note that interns are not financially remunerated, and applicants are responsible for their own expenses.
