The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is looking for a Consultant Specialist to support the Pro-Congo program aimed at enhancing tropical forest conservation, reducing emissions, creating jobs, and protecting biodiversity in Kinshasa, DRC 🌿. This is a 6-month position that involves promoting sustainable land use and investment in the Congo Basin while addressing environmental and social risks. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in environmental studies or related fields, at least five years of experience in E&S risk management, and fluency in English and French.
