Job Description

As a Principal Evaluator for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), you will play a vital role in assessing the Socotra Archipelago’s biodiversity conservation project. This is a home-based consultancy requiring field visits, spanning over 8 months with a commitment of 52 days. You will lead the evaluation process, preparing key reports, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring a transparent and participatory evaluation, while collaborating closely with the Evaluation Manager and stakeholders. An essential requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related fields, along with a minimum of ten years of evaluation experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
