Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated contractor to assist with the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process focused on climate change adaptation in the Marine Ecosystems sector in Asmara, Eritrea. 🌊 This part-time position involves working under the TNA Coordinator to provide technical expertise on identifying and prioritizing technologies that support adaptation efforts. Key responsibilities include developing reports such as a TNA report, a Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework (BA&EF), and a Technology Action Plan (TAP), along with organizing stakeholder meetings and workshops for collaborative input. The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate degree in environmental management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the Marine Ecosystems sector.
