Expert to revise the National AfCFTA Strategy

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Result of Service to lead a vital revision of Togo’s national strategy for implementing the AfCFTA. This role involves assessing the current state of strategy execution, engaging national stakeholders on trade facilitation challenges and opportunities, and developing a revised strategic document that aligns with various protocols, including trade in goods and services, investment, and more. The consultant will collaborate closely with key ministry personnel and oversee consultations to gather insights, collect data, and prepare comprehensive reports, culminating in the submission of a validated strategy document. An advanced degree in economics, trade, or a related field and at least seven years of experience in trade analysis or policy formulation are essential. Fluency in French is required, and knowledge of AfCFTA mechanisms is a plus. Join us in this impactful mission located in Togo for a duration of 3 months! 🌍📈
