We are seeking a skilled and motivated contractor to assist with the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process focused on climate change mitigation in the Waste sector in Eritrea. 🌍 This part-time position involves working under the TNA Coordinator to provide essential technical services, including developing a portfolio of technologies, conducting barrier analysis, and creating a Technology Action Plan (TAP). Your role will include organizing stakeholder meetings, analyzing data to prioritize technologies, and crafting comprehensive reports. Ideal candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in environmental management, have a strong background in the Waste sector, and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
