Job Description

We are seeking a qualified contractor to support and facilitate the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process for climate change mitigation in the Waste Sector in Venezuela, reporting directly to the national TNA Coordinator. The contractor will be responsible for producing valuable outputs, including a portfolio of climate technologies, a TNA report outlining key technologies for adaptation and mitigation, and an analysis of barriers to technology implementation. Additionally, the role will involve organizing stakeholder consultations, conducting field visits, and developing Technology Action Plans (TAP) tailored to the sector’s needs. Applicants should hold a relevant postgraduate degree and have at least 5 years of experience in the Waste Sector or related fields. Fluency in Spanish and strong English skills are required. 🌱🌍
