Job Description

We are seeking a national contractor to support the adaptation to climate change in the Water Resources Sector in Venezuela, working under the supervision of the National Coordinator. The contractor will provide technical services for assessing technological needs, creating a portfolio of climate technologies, and preparing reports to identify barriers and support frameworks. Key tasks include facilitating stakeholder consultations, identifying and prioritizing technologies, conducting field visits, and contributing to various reports, including the Needs Assessment and the Technological Action Plan. A strong background in environmental management, water resource management, and climate change adaptation is required, along with fluency in Spanish and preferably English. 🌍💧 The position is based in Caracas, Venezuela, and is part-time.
