Job Description

The Finance & Budget Officer is a vital role within the Finance and Budget Section of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and administering budgets, ensuring compliance with United Nations financial regulations, and providing support to program officers on financial matters. Additionally, the officer will monitor budget implementation, manage extra-budgetary resources, and prepare financial reports. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
