As Head, Defence Capabilities, you’ll lead a team at the heart of NATO’s efforts to strengthen collective defence and military adaptation 🧭. You’ll provide high-level political-military advice on key initiatives like the NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Model, and help shape policy following decisions from recent summits 🗂️. Your role will involve working closely with Allies, NATO bodies, and military authorities to guide the evolution of our defence capabilities and structures 🚀. Expect to manage a diverse, talented team, ensure effective coordination across the Alliance, and represent NATO in key forums and strategic discussions 🌐.
