We are seeking a qualified consultant to join our team in Nairobi for a 6-month project focused on the development of a housing and slum transformation document. As part of UN-Habitat’s Land, Housing and Shelter Section, your role will involve drafting and reviewing substantial documents, providing technical advice on sustainable housing strategies, and assisting in project development related to affordable housing and slum upgrading. You will also coordinate with global partners to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Candidates should have an advanced education in housing studies, urban planning, or related fields, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in research, data analysis, and report writing. Fluency in English is required.
