AIIB is looking for an HR Associate – Employee Relations to help foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace 🌏🤝. Based in Beijing, you’ll support the Employee Relations team in interpreting internal HR policies, resolving workplace issues, and promoting employee engagement. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and the Staff Council to ensure fair practices, contribute to training and policy development, and help maintain smooth HR operations.
