Job Description

As a Human Resources Officer in the Human Resources Operations Section, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and staff separation support. You will supervise a team, provide guidance to management and staff, and contribute to the development of HR dashboards for key processes. With a focus on recruitment, you will coordinate onboarding, determine staff entitlements, and monitor HR activities while ensuring compliance with UN policies. Your expertise in HR management and data analysis will be key in helping to foster a positive work environment. 📊🌍🤝 The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in HR management. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus.
