Individual Contractor on the Vulnerability Profile of Rwanda
Job Description
The individual contractor will provide essential support to UNCTAD in creating the Vulnerability Profile of Rwanda and aid in the 2026 review by the Committee for Development Policy regarding Rwanda’s potential graduation. This role is crucial during a time of global economic challenges, assessing how trade tensions affect Rwanda’s economic progress and identifying key vulnerabilities. Key responsibilities include gathering relevant statistics, analyzing existing data, and preparing the Vulnerability Profile. Additionally, the contractor will help organize a national workshop in Rwanda before 2026. To qualify, candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 7 years of experience in research and policy analysis, specifically concerning Rwanda. Fluency in English is required. This role is home-based and will run from June 23, 2025, to September 8, 2025. 🌍📊
