Individual Contractor (Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst)

Job Description

As a Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst, you will offer expert technical support for ESCWA’s ICT systems, tackling areas such as networking, system management, and cloud integration. You will collaborate closely with the DSDSD team to assess and enhance our infrastructure to meet both ESCWA and UN standards. Your responsibilities will include evaluating current configurations, ensuring robust performance and security, and facilitating improvements in networking and cybersecurity. In this role, you’ll prepare detailed reports, coordinate with users and stakeholders, and document all technical processes. This position is based at the UN-House ESCWA and is expected to last for 6 months. 📡💻

Required qualifications include a First Level University degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Arabic or French is an asset.
