Job Description

The United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join the Solutions Transformation Team within the Software Products for Member States Unit. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing software support and maintenance, addressing technical issues, and collaborating with product developers while maintaining a centralized knowledge base. You’ll also track performance metrics and propose improvements to processes. We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, and SQL, who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
