Job Description

The Information Systems Officer position is based in the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) Programme at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Suva, Fiji. 🌏 You will support the National Customs Services and Project Teams by managing projects, developing systems, and providing technical assistance. Your role will involve creating specifications, troubleshooting user systems, maintaining data security, and developing training materials. You will collaborate with team members and guide junior staff while participating in system assessments and improvements.🔧 To qualify, you should have an advanced degree in computer science or a related field, five years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. 🚀 Candidates passionate about international trade digitalization and technology are encouraged to apply.
