Job Description

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is offering two intern positions, one in Geneva and one in New York, with flexible work options including in-person, remote, or hybrid schedules, for a duration of 6 months. 🎓 As an intern, you’ll support the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH) Unit, helping to enhance safety and respect for individuals in crises. Your responsibilities will include co-managing the PSEA helpdesk, supporting the PSEA Coordinator Community of Practice, and drafting reports and meeting notes. 📋 Ideal candidates are either pursuing graduate studies or have completed undergraduate studies, with prior experience in the non-profit sector preferred. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus. Please note that this internship is unpaid, and all logistical costs are the responsibility of the intern.
