Job Description

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is looking for an intern for the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES) for a duration of 3 to 6 months, working remotely and from the Santiago office. 🌍 As an intern, you’ll support research on public management issues, analyze trends, help manage the ILPES Regional Planning Observatory, and synthesize data into reports and presentations using tools like Canva and Genially. 📊 No prior work experience is required, but a background in social sciences is beneficial. Candidates should be in their final year of a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. program. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus! 🌐 Please note that internships are unpaid, and candidates are responsible for their own expenses.
