Intern – Water Operators’ Partnership (Multiple positions)
Job Description
Join us for a 6-month internship at the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in Bonn, Germany, where you’ll have the opportunity to support the Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) in promoting sustainable urban environments 🌍. You will work closely with our team on various tasks including project planning, knowledge management, and event preparation, providing valuable insights into the challenges faced by water and sanitation operators globally 🚰. As an intern, you will help analyze data, develop outreach materials, and assist in organizing impactful events such as the Global WOP Congress and COP30 🌱. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with a keen interest in water, sanitation, and urban development, and strong English skills. This internship is designed for those ready to engage with diverse cultures and contribute to meaningful change without financial remuneration from the UN, so please consider your living arrangements accordingly.
