International Consultant (Communications Expert)

Job Description

As a skilled professional in strategic communication, you will be responsible for managing and executing collaborative communication strategies that align with institutional mandates at the Kenya National Police Service College. This position is home-based with travel to Kenya, from August 14 to September 3, 2025. Your duties will include developing a comprehensive work plan, assessing the college’s internal and external communication capabilities, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance information flow and stakeholder engagement. With at least 7 years of experience in strategic communications and a strong background in advising public sectors, you will contribute to the modernization of the college’s communication systems.
