International Consultant on Behavioral Science Applied to Social Protection
Job Description
We are seeking an International Consultant to enhance social protection for informal workers by applying behavioral insights. You will deliver a concise report on improving payment mechanisms to minimize dropout rates and engage workers, with a focus on behavioral obstacles and effective communication strategies. Additionally, you will design and conduct a workshop to build the ESCWA team’s capacity in applying these insights to social protection policy. This position is remote, expected to last 1.5 months. To be eligible, you should have a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, 5 years of experience in behavioral science or social protection, and training facilitation skills.
