Job Description

As a consultant, you will develop a functional UNECA Blue Economy Valuation Toolkit Digital Platform over a period of 2 months in Kigali 📍. You will collaborate with the UNECA ITCSS team to enhance the toolkit’s backend functionality, ensure user interface improvements, and validate the digital format for efficient use. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Blue Economy sectors, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
