IT Consultant (NCTS)

Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant to assist in migrating ASYCUDA NCTS Version 6 components to a new digital platform🏗️. This is a home-based role with an expected duration from September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Under the supervision of the UNCTAD / DTL / ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, you will develop and enhance ASYCUDA NCTS 6 system components, improve transit Guarantees functionalities, customize the system, and fine-tune it based on user feedback🔧. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of software development experience. Proficiency in Java/JavaScript is necessary, and knowledge of database information systems is a plus. Fluency in English is required, while familiarity with Russian is desirable🗣️.
