Job Description

We are seeking a consultant to join our Bonn office from August 11, 2025, to March 10, 2026, to help the Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) unit in managing tasks related to the Intergovernmental Working Group (IWG) on the Future Strategic Framework of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). This role involves supporting the national reporting process, facilitating meetings, and organizing regional capacity-building workshops. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus.
